All the nice warm milk in them?
Are they sore at all? Or hot in just one particular area with a red patch? Those are signs of mastitis.

Nah I think they do tend to stay warm, I remember them being like inbuilt hot water bottles on my chest in winter!

Milk production makes them feel warmer than the rest of your body! Remember they are working pretty hard to keep your baby nourished!
