I use the johnstons and johnstons nappy rash cream. Any zinc cream is good.

i used to use curash on the boys, i think it rocks! ... but i was given some of the old formula ecostore bum balm for eden and it is fab too..

i have also had success with sudocreme and mustela - love mustela too...

We just use curash with each nappy change. And then a bit of baking soda in the bath.

Sudocream here too.. that stuff is awesome

I also don't use any fragranced baby powder while her bottom is still red as it might make it more angry

Ditto on the Sudocrem..Alyssa had nappy rash for ages when she was smaller and after trying lots of different stuff, it worked best for us.

sudocrem and curash powder or a cornstarch powder.

sudocream has a higher zinc % than most of the others i wish i had discovered it with my girl!

I use zinc and castor oil as a barrier.
The pharmacy sells it in a massive tub for $10.
I got it when Hannah was born and we've barely scraped the surface.

If it's looking a little rashy I put on a bit of Bepanthen nappy rash cream.

Both are awesome

I loved the mini pottle of Sudocreme that came with the Bounty pack, too.
