(and no im not pregnant if thats what your thinking) it has just been a little...TMI....smear of red every now and then and i am now up to week 10 of no AF!!

Is there any ways of bringing it on and regulating it so i can start charting???

I don't know about ways to bring it on other than meds, but it couldn't hurt to start charting now to try and get some idea where you're at.

Also herbal medicine. There are a few good herbalist in the BOP area. Try and look up a reputable Medical Herbalist, maybe one specialising in fertility.

Have you tried raspberry leaf tea?

Raspberry leaf tea is used to tone your uterus and help with menstruation. According to the website I just checked it also helps those suffering menopausal syptoms, is also recommended for men having mid-life crisis with exhausted adrenals (???), promotes fertility in men and women, prevents post-partum depression and hypertension, and with blessed thistle increases breast- milk production.
