Some women get bleeding during pregnancy and everything is just fine.
If you miscarry the bleeding will turn to more like you normal period or slightly heavier, possibly clots and cramping (mine was worse than a normal period). Either way they will probably still do bloods on Thursday to find out what has happen to that level.

I really hope it is just some scary but otherwise harmless spotting.

Try not to panic just yet, wait and see what your bloods say. And like cuppatea said, if it is a m/c the bleeding will turn heavy etc.
I had light bleeding at the start of this pregnancy aswell, was pink, then went brown, I bled brown for nearly 2 weeks then it went away.

I know its SO hard to do, by try not to stress, as it will make things worse, just wait and see what your blood tests say **hugs** to you.

I have bad news, my bestfriend who was 30 weeks pregnant has just lost her baby, she went in to l&d with no fetal movements and the baby had already passed, we are so distraught.

Now my bleeding is heavier bright red but no clots or cramps. Its not heavy like I am soaking a pad but it would be eqivelent to a light period

I dont think this day will get any worse

Take care and try and rest if you can. Is there any way you can get bloods done today?

I'm so sorry to hear about your friend. I hope your bleeding is just 'implantation bleeding' and everything goes well on Thursday.

I rang and asked, the doctor sadi that she knows how hard it is but she did warn me of this because thehcg level was so low. She also said that it would be inaccurate to perform bloods today as I need to give it at least 48 hours to double. I said I really just want to know if its all over now rather than in two days It is very hard, my friend Jesse (ironic because I am jessica) is living with me at the moment so she doesnt want to come back here... I have all these baby things and Neosha and possibly another one on the way and she said its too hard for her. I feel terrible

So sorry to hear about your hell day.

Your doctor should have given you a blood test today, it could have given some indication of what the bleeding means (like if it was still rising that would have been good and if it was falling then at least you'd know). So sorry you have to wait and worry.

Take care of yourself. I'm thinking of you.
