None of my kids eyes changed colour. Nyah and Cooper are both blue eyed and Conor has brown eyes.
What colour are Phoenix's?

They are blue. I have blue eyes, and DF has hazel. My parents have brown, and his father has blue, and I believe his mother has hazel. So it's all a lil exciting to see where he lands.

Tara because your DF's dad has blue eyes he (your DF will carry a gene for blue eyes..you will have both the blue eyed gene so going by that Phoenix has a 50/50 change of his eyes staying blue.

Its about 2yrs they can change althou some adults eyes have gone darker or lighter at different stages. I am almost certain Alize will end up with Brown eyes as his father has brown and so do I. The closest relative to him with blue eyes is his great nana on one side and no know ones on the otherside. I will try and serch a thread we had about this awhile ago.

Kate was born with blue (mine are brown- my mums are green, my Dads are brown. DHs are blue/grey- his Dads are blue and his mums are hazel). They are still blue but have greyed up a bit and also look green in some lights. They have hazel flecks around the iris like DHs but I think they will either stay blue or change to blue/grey (sometimes greeny!) like DHs Shes 7 months now and I'm sure they're still changing though.

i have green, but the raro gene won out and my boys, from birth both had very very dark brown eyes. Taine's are a wee bit lighter, but Jake's are almost black.

Elle is 16.5 mths and her eyes are still changing. At 2 my eyes were still very blue but now they are green/grey so I'd say they can change at almost any age up until 4 or so.

I've got a book that says that if the babes eyes are blue at 10wks they are likely to stay blue, but the final colour might take up to 12months.
I'm with you though - it is so exciting to see what colour they will be. Anyssa's are still beautiful blue and she is 10wks, so I'm hoping they'll stay that way.

Our boy's eyes have started changing already, he was born with a sortof dark blue/grey, and they're already turning to a dark brown. He will be brown, we have no doubt, as both sides of our families have brown eyes.
