I THINK Ive been feeling some movement this week, It feels like a light tapping down low almost like a twitch it feels quite strange! I told my mum and she said hers felt like flutters or bubbles, but thats not what Im feeling, its definitly like a wee tapping feeling. Could this be the baby moving round and Im feeling the first movement? Im nearly 17 weeks going by my midwives calculations so its not too early is it?

that is what I felt Sheza at around 17-18 weeks. Felt like Jack was tapping away saying, hello, I'm down here! I also likened mine to what I imagine a bottle of diet coke would feel like if opened up inside me!

nope:)I felt the same...kinda like a tapping....it's different for everyone I think.. i felt it once about 15 weeks and once about 17 and then more occassionally after that until every day about 20-22 weeks..but everyone is different.. sounds like movement to me:)

Ohh yay!! Oh an I just remembered my MW said that my placenta is posterier(sp?) so I could feel movement sooner than some with an anterior one, so I guess I am feeling my baby then! Exciting! I feel it all the time, especially when I am relaxed and lying down :)

I felt Maya at 17 weeks, but could feel the gremlins pretty regularly from about 13 weeks, apparently coz the uterus is bigger with twins you feel them earlier sometimes. Can't wait for this one to start wriggling around.

Yeah that makes sense, and when you have already been pregnant before I think you can feel the baby sooner?
Its so neat feeling it, I told my brother and he is all excited and was like I want to feel it, but I had to tell him he cant and only I can feel it right now. I can see my brothers are going to be doting uncles!

LOL when the gremlins got bigger you could not only FEEL them moving, you could SEE them, it was like watching tidal waves under my skin!

I get it big time but we've been told we're having a big baby so that may be why. I actually videoed it this morning and sent it to mum so she could have a laugh at it. Definitely looks 'Alien' like

Because of my size and an anterior placenta I didn't feel any movements until about 22 weeks. It's so cool once you do feel them though and it's really fascinating watching the baby move around. Creepy but cool. I wouldn't fancy it with twins though

I felt our bub from about 14 weeks. You look so forward to them moving, and now all I want him to do is give me a break (although he's moving less - hopefully he decides to pop out soon!)

I found earlier on that my voice stopped the baby moving, and DH's voice got him going. Now DH's touch and voice is the only thing that stops the little bugger moving!

Get used to that You can sit there and it'll be happily kicking away and as soon as you try to show someone else, it'll stop ... guaranteed.
