i love pasta salad but im not really a fan of the ready made salad dressings you get. I like quite tart dressings and love things like bacon, smoked chicken etc... in my pasta salad. Does anyone have any yummy dressing recipes or suggestions that go well with this sort of salad?

Have you seen my pasta salad recipe here? It uses a nice wholegrain mustard, buttermilk and mayo combo. Very nice.

You can also add a couple of teaspoons of curry powder to it, to spice it up. Yummo.
