can anyone give me a basic idea of foods NOT to eat, havent seen my doctor yet about this and wanna be careful over the next week

Left overs, deli foods are the biggies I think did you get a bounty pack from your Dr that has a list of things you can't eat in it or maybe the ministry of health website would have some info on there I'll check it out for you and put up a link for you.

And make sure you take folic acid (800mg)
