Topic: Question re subsequent pregnancies. Posted: 12 November 2007 at 12:00pm |
So those of you who are onto number 2 or more...did you notice preggy symptoms earlier than the first bubs or not?
Is it even something that can happen with second pregnancies??
I'm feeling almost "morning sicky" with a few other things thrown in to boot but I have a week until I would be able to test!
So I'm trying to figure out...am I going mad? Do I just have some sort of bug? or.......
And before anyone suggests it....I'm not testing for at least a week....i hope....

Yep I noticed the symptoms earlier, although in saying that we were ttc so was looking for them. Ollie on the otherhand was a wonderful surprise

I tested earlier because my breasts were sore but we had only *just* started TTC so it was more a spur of the moment/getting carried away thing. So kind of. I was a day overdue for AF but wouldn't say I really noticed any symptoms earlier, just that this time we were TTC and the idea to test was probably because I was bored!
Knowing earlier this time around has made the pregnancy seem really slow so far!

I got ms earlier with the gremlins than with Maya, but both times it wasn't till after I got a BFP. I did have a suspicion that I was pregnant with both the gremlins and this one, but it was more just a 'feeling' than anything physical.

Well I've taken the rest of the day off work as sick leave...it's either a bug or a baby...it's annoying feeling like it could be MS!
and of course I'm not much in the mood for coffee and my breasts are a little achy...why do the symptoms have to be the same as AF????
It is possible of course that it could be a little bean in there...there was a wee Whoopsey around the right time! eep!

I found things seems to kick in pretty quick - i posted on here cos it just "felt" like i knew i was, even though i had about a week too until i was due to be able to test. I had the aches, the sore boobs the ick feeling all of it..hence i waited and took the test a day before AF was due. lol and there was ayja

I know my friend was sure she was pregnant with her second about 5 days after doing the deed and she was! She kept saying surely I cant feel it now, must just be in my head but she was right.

Yeah well that is the other thought of course...we have had several already though so I'd rather ban them from this house!
But seriously B was feeling a little achy and cold like yesterday...although this feels nothing like that I'm not ruling it out.
Feeling heaps better after sleep too. I've even stuffed my sea bands on and that's worked wonders!
