Poor you and Ella, Hope things pickup for you soon, both the girls have had a recurring cough (very chesty & phlemgy) anastasia did the chucking a couple of times just figured she was sooo full of phlegm they both seem to be clear of it at the moment & its been about the same time frame so I hope things are on the improve for you both.
Mum also mentioned to me about a 100day cough that was going round a few years back so hopefully it's nothing like that

yeah we spent 8 hours there today....she had a few tests and a chest x ray. No pneumonia but some very definitive signs from the xray that she has a viral infection! She had vommitted (power chucked big time) three times...and she and I both changed three times as a result! We ended up with her on pedyalite at hosp every ten mins, even having to wake her up to get it into her! She spiked a few temps too....
Daddy said he nearly cried seeing his little girl having her xray as she was put into a tube thingey...I made him go (I did the hips one at last appt all by myself so his turn!).
She had her first taste of lemonade iceblock too when they tried to get fluids in....she wasnt quite sure of it but think we might be in truble this summer!
anyways - have huge bottles of pedylite, antibiotics, etc now and hope it clears up. They also think she might have had a bit of another bug on top of the virus that was playing havoc!
as for that 100 day cough...i dont think that is what we have...I had that after my wedding and when i was ttc and that drove me nuts as some of you might recall...aka whooping cough! so I know its not that!
paed reg at kids first was lovely tho and Miss Ella perked up and flirted with him.....!!!!

well we were up half the nite on and off so i feel like my eye lids are weighed down! gave her a bottle at nearly 3am cause she was hungry - we havent done a mid of night feed for months so had to hunt for bottles and water! she kept most of it down....most!
then this am she had brekkie and meds and then lost most of the bottle all over daddy....oops!
she is now down again and is tummy sleeping after rolling around for 15 mins....im leaving her like that! seems she breathes easier and snotty nose flows out....better out than in!
