Topic: well the countdown is on Posted: 12 September 2007 at 11:18pm |
10 weeks to go and kind of freaking out like it is really happening.
so far this pregnancy has been good baby is growing and right size for dates. Apart from heartburn and peeing every 10 minutes and feeling like my ribs are been split apart.
my next focus is 35 weeks and knowing my luck time will go slower (as I have been told by people)

Good luck. I felt at the end that it was taking forever but that it was also going too quickly (as I still had a million things to do).
If you still have any baby stuff to get, get it now before you get any bigger. DH took me car shopping at 34 weeks and I only made it round one yard before I was hungry, my back hurt and I needed to pee!!!!

Apparently if you get bad heartburn your baby has lots of hair..
I had such bad heartburn that i was waking in the middle of the night with it and my wee girl has more hair than most 6 month olds.. lol
Good luck, i hate to say it the last 5 weeks drag out forever..

lol re the heartburn thing, i had hardly any with Paris and she had a mop of it, i had really bad heartburn with Ayja and she was pretty much bald!!
Good luck for the next 10 weeks, may they go as quickly as you'd like although i'm sorry to say, they never usually do - plenty of time to arrange and rearrange and rearrange again all the clothes in the drawers... and every other thing in your house. lol
Good luck, It's funny how up till about this point you know that there's gonna be a baby at the end of it, but it's only the on the home stratch that it fully hits home that you're gonna be someone's mummy!

That whole "heartburn/baby will have lots of hair" debate is an interesting one. I'm suffering from terrible heartburn so it will be interesting to see how much hair baby has.
I'm currently finding that time is flashing past me but I'm sure it'll slow down the closer I get.
It sounds as if you need some things to distract you from babys for a while MeganGrace.

Seems the hair - heartburn has been proven right: here's a link
I had a moderate heartburn while pregnant and when Gina was born she had a little mop of strawberry blonde hair
