I think what you are talking about are the milk ducts - if so normal.
Nipple cream that I have used I got from hospital called Lasinoh ( not sure on spelling) very good & only have to use very small amount is in a lavender/purple colour tube you can get from chemist/pharmacy in the baby area. Another one which I have only heard good from is paw paw cream/ointment in red tube I think, I have not used but is meant to be good.
good luck

I second what Kezplanet said bout the Lasinoh, and the pawpaw ointment. I didn't try the pawpaw either but wish I had've, as its multi purpose, great for everything (nipples, lips, bum cream - for nappy rash, dry spots on bubs, dribble rash.....in sort its a multi functional cream), you can also get other brands of stuff, I know baby factory have a brand (comes in a big yellow tube) and palmers do a nipple cream too (I got a pack of cocoa butter stuff for a present and it had some in it), I think you can get palmers stuff at farmers.
The white dots sound normal - most probably milk Ducts

I third what kezplanet said...my nipples were in a right state in the first 2 weeks and the lansinoh cleared them up really fast...its quite expensive stuff but you only need to use the smallest amount and its not harmful to baby - all natural. You get it from the chemist.
Those white spots are normal - don't know what they are but but know they're completely normal...

are they around the nippleon the areola? if so I think they are montgomerys bumps or something like that and they secret oils to keep your nipple soft and give a bumpy surface for bubs to stay on.

I got something called Purelan from the Baby Factory, but haven't had to use it yet so don't know what it is like. Quite a reasonable price tho.

I used the purelan - it was fantastic! It's the same stuff that Lanisoh is made of... pure lanolin that's safe for baby (so you don't need to wash it off before feeding). The small tubes look like plenty - you don't need to use much.

Eww I got those too. I assume they are normal.
Oh and you should get some nipple cream in your bounty pack, or someone at the hospital will give you some.
YAY for nipple pimples!

They are called.. hhm i think they are called motgomerys tubercules or something weird like that.. they are the areola's way or secreting stuff keep your nipples, well, nice i spose is a good way to put it.
Some people find they don't need the nipple cream but lanisoh seems to be good, also purelan, although both have lanolin in them so be sure you don't usually react to that sorta thing. a cheap way if you get cracked or sore nipples is to express a couple of drops of breastmilk and rub that over then and let air dry, cheap and clean.
