Im so (excuse the language) F##$$%ING itchy! If its not my legs its my feet, If its not my feet its my back, if its not my back its my arms and hands if its not that its my stomach (which is probably cause of the stretch marks but that only explains the tummy!).

I am going crazy here. I have got scratches all over my legs from itching them so much. It looks like a cat has scratched me lol.

Its not like i have a rash or any kind of marks that itch either its just my skin and when i start i cant stop!

I wake up in the middle of the night and cant go back to sleep like all the time, that is if i get to sleep in the first place!

WHY ME? WHHHHY? lol.
Does anyone know what the hell this is and what can i do to stop it?
Melanie.

It is called something and if its gets bad you shoudl call your MW and get seen to just in case you have it (I can't remember the name of it sorry).

I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!

hey Melln, i have had a few itchy problems as well, and the m/w sent me for a blood test as soon as I told her I was itching. There was nothing worng, and now have put down to an allregic reaction to Cocoa Butter moisturiser, but she was worried all the same.

I think that if you hands and feet are ithcing, it would be best to get it checked out cos it could be something to do with liver function? Which I think is intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy...

Good Luck

I am itchy too but not my hands and feet...no they just swell I mentioned to my MW and when I said it was mainly my underarms and lower legs she didnt seem as concerned. Ifit is allover it could be a liver problem so definately worth checking out.

I have scratched my legs raw in the night too and it seems to make no difference if they are shaved or not. I bought some Alpha Keri lotion the other day and I try to keep them as moisturised as poss and rub that on instead of scratching. I also found they itch when I first get in the bath and so I have an exfloiating glove and convince myself that I am not scratching.

Problem is it feels SO DAMN GOOD to scratch doesnt it.
