Just wondering if anyone here is taking progesterone to improve their luteal phase?
I've been off BCP for almost six months, and I know it can take a year for cycles to come right again but my LP is still so short!! It's heartbreaking.
If anyone is taking progesterone after stopping BCP, how long were you off BCP before your doctor prescibed progesterone?
