For those ladies who've had implantation bleeding in pregnancy before:

Is it kind of like a really light period, with (TMI) brown blood?

At what stage in your cycle was it?

How soon after (or before) implantation spotting did you test positive?

I've had what seems like a REALLY light AF, it started yesterday. Of course you know what I'm hoping it is, but then again it could just be AF getting started I guess.

I'd appreciate hearing some experiences with this

Hi Arohanui I don't know the answers to most of your questions, but once your AF is due you can test accurately in most cases.

Yeah the hard thing my cycle was kinda messed up last time, and I haven't been off the pill for all that long so I don't REALLY know when my AF was/is due

As I said in 2ww thread, I just tested and it came up with a really really faint second line.

The only reason that makes me think is cos every other time I had huge BFN I couldn't even see the tiniest hint of the second line.

But hey it could just be wishful thinking

A line is a line!!! I would wait a couple more days, test again and then go and get bloods done. I'm hoping it's what you think it is too! Can't help with the spotting either sorry. Good luck!

Yep, Hubby thinks I'm imagining things and now I do too!

I used a different type of test this morning, and there was no second line. Well if I want to look REALLY hard I can kind of see one, but I'm sure that's just the test line. Lol.

I went to bed at 8pm last night cos I was sooo tired. No more spotting this morning.

So I just don't know!!

Will test again in a couple of days.

I had the faintest line - and thought I was talking myself into it - so ended up doing 3 or 4 tests in the end until one came up that I could without a doubt see, and now I have a 8 week old - good luck - hope its a BFP for you

I also had a really faint line. My husband thought I was imagining things too! You needed a magnifing glass to see it. I did 6 tests over the space of about a week and they were all so faint and never got darker so went to the Dr who said "its light, but def a positive".
Good to know I wasn't going insane.

Oh I hope so!

The one I did this morning was really really light, but then when I looked at it again (about 20 mins later) it was fainter but you could definately see it without even trying.

But it said that after 10 mins, a faint positive could come up because it keeps reacting or something. So it could have just been that. I told DH that and he said "Well test again then"... but I had no pee left lol and it probably would have been the same again anyway. I will probably test again tomorrow morning because I'm so impatient.

Hubby is so cute, he worked out when baby would be due if we are pregnant.

I'll feel soooo silly if it was just my wishful thinking.

I'm starting to feel nervous!!

Good luck arohanui, I hope it is a BFP! Mine was pretty faint the first time too, like so faint that I didn't think it was a BFP! Two days later I tested again and it was definately a BFP - was very clear!

LOL two positives and you're still wondering! If you want a darker line it might be best to wait 2 days.

Lol Oh I KNOW but I just don't trust them! Honestly it is just sooooo light. If you saw it you'd know what I mean. And I don't trust the second one cos it only became darker after I left it for so long.

I'm sure that AF will arrive tomorrow and I'll feel like a right nutter.

But then I'm kinda starting to freak out, omgosh what if I am pregnant, what silly timing, why on earth did we decide to do this now, everyone's gonna think we're nuts, I'll have to deal with everyone's comments, etc etc

TMI TO FOLLOW
Have had a wee bit more brown spotting today, but it's so little.

Oh my gosh oh my gosh what if i am pregnant, why am I freaking out, cos I so want this?!?!?!?!!!
