Yes, I keep thinking once I get faster and fitter I'll message you for a run!, haha I'm dreaming :-)
But I'm keen anytime that you wanna run with someone slower :-)
In your expert opinion, is 16km long enough for longest run two weeks before Hamilton Half? I'm just nervous it's not enough! :-)
You must be so stoked about sleeping bag! What a great score!

I think doing 16k 2 weeks out is perfect. That's exactly what I'd recommend. Then start winding down, keep a few short ones that are a bit faster but generally pull everything back. And up the carb-type food 2 days out from the half. It'll be fun! The excitement should carry you through on the day.
Keen for a slow run maybe next week...I've been sick, but hopefully will be ok then. Will message you.
Yeah it's a cool prize - a few weeks ago I stopped squeezing her into the 0 - 3 month sized merino one, so getting an actual fitting one will be a nice bonus as probably couldn't have afforded it otherwise

Oh thanks for the advice! Feel much better, should just enter it now and stop the chance of chickening out.
Cool, next week sounds great. Sickness is awful, it just lingers doesn't it!
Those sleeping bags are expensive! Nathan needs a new one, but I'm just waiting now... Hopefully a big sale will come up!
Cool look forward to your message next week
