We normally use itti tutto's with flushable liners and have had hardly any nappy rash until recently. DS got thrush and we decided to use disposable while we were using a cream on it, then when it was almost gone we thought we would return to using the tutto's and liners but when we removed the first tutto his bottom was very red and looks painful. We have tried not using the liners but there was no change in the rash. I have no idea what is going on but really want to continue using the tutto's rather than go on to disposables first time. Any advice would be appreciated. Tia.

Maybe try giving the Tutto's a wash with Caneston just to clear up any lingering bacteria from when he got thrush.

Yep, I'd concur on the caneston.

Thanks. Feel a bit stupid of not thinking of doing that so currently have them going through a wash with canestan. Hopefully that helps.
