i was wondering if there were any mums in wellington south/east who would want to meet up and go for a run with their pushchairs? i have a 6month old and i think i need the extra motivation of meeting someone to actually go for a run.

i used to be fit - i have run lots of half marathons and a marathon but i think i would be lucky to be able to run 5km at the moment.

Oh I wished I lived closer! I live in Hamilton and looking for another Mum to go running with.

I've done two half marathons before but never a marathon (one day!) I can run 10km now but I die! Haha want to run a half marathon this year before baby number two comes along!

Don't you find it's a great way to lose weight! I love it!

hamilton is a little too far away to organise runs together

i too am hoping to do a half marathon before baby no 2 - i was thinking october and hoping it will help me get back into pre-pregnancy clothes and fit them properly even if only for a few months

I don't go for runs as such, but I do walk uphill a bit around my suburb(Churton Park) and run all the downhill bits. Let me know if that sounds of interest to you.
