    Posted: 10 March 2011 at 1:22pm
I have changed my plan re dealing with the Principal. I have made an appointment to see him tomorrow at 10am - with my husband along too. I will be taking the letter i wrote and giving it to him in person and giving him the chance to comment on it. If i am not satisfied and my husband i feel he is not taking me seriously then i will be going further.

I wanted to thank you all who have listened (or should i say read) my rants and all those who helped me improve on my letter.

I dont want to be branded the trouble maker parent and i do want to be involved in their schooling... so i think i really need to clear the air with him.

One thing i do know - i wont be sending my daughter to that school when she turns 5!

Good on you Bizzy, I think that's the best way to do it. From there you can decide what action you need to take, if any.

I personally think any parent that is labelled a trouble maker for asking questions & getting involved in their child's well being at school sucks big time...I must be a major trouble maker.

You have inspired me to attend BOT at our school, I always meant to but something always came up.

Hope it all goes well & you feel better about being there & feel welcome.
Remember, head high, back straight & hold DH's hand under the table if needed
