So how do i go about doing this?

the names of the trustees are on the schools website but no contact address. do i just send it through the school?

i think thats probably how i will have to. i know there are a few teachers on here and wondered if there was a proper channel - but the school is probably the proper channel lol!

You can ring the school receptionist / administrator / secretary and ask for the name of the chairperson and what address to send correspondance to. You dont have to tell them what its for or why you want it. You can always get someone else to ring if you are worried that they will recognise your voice.

it does but it hasnt been updated since last year and there are only the boards names, no contact details.

Contact the school and ask for the proper address, they get sent mail all the time for lots of different reasons so they won't care. Failing that, just send it to the school attention the chairperson of the BOT and 'private and confidential' on it.
