Does anyone know of some where cheap in hamilton to crash. We have a early morning appt 2mrw at FA and need somewhere to stay overnight. I have looked at one camping ground but they have no available cabins. tenting isnt really an option since we will need to pack up and leave by 7.30 at the latest.

So any super cheap motels/ cabins or anything, we only need a bed and access to water/a toilet.

Hey Jem - if your happy with a backpackers try J's backpackers, eagles nest, YWCA or Microtel, they offer double rooms too.
Good luck for tomorrow - I can't wait for our appointment in a few weeks!

There is also BJ's budget Motor Inn...never seen it though so don't know if its any good but think rooms start from about $55.

Ulster Lodge and Bavaria are nice thought and not badly priced but more than that

We need to meet Jem and then you can come and stay with us! After our central north island meet up maybe
Check in here after 10am, I will get the girls to do some research on cheapest options and put some down here (I am the manager of the Hamilton i-SITE visitor information centre), so will get them to do some calling to get some options that are available and cheap

Here are some options

Eagles nest backpackers -dble room $62
YWCA - Dble room $60
Ulster Lodge Motel - $85
Ventura Inn and Suites - $115 incl breakfast

Ventura is also really close to the FA offices. I can get some more options if you want but these ones are pretty good rates

No worries hun - TTC is stressful enough without having to worry about accommodation. Normally I would tell you to stop in and say hi and we could grab a coffee, but tomorrow is crazy for me maybe next time
