Hey,

I don't want to start a debate but I feel morally obliged to as my DP is a full time musician and I have strong beliefs that we should all pay for the right to listen to music, doesn't matter if they are some famous band or a small time artist. It's an incredibly tough job and for most musicians it's really hard to make ends meet and so every time you pay for a song, they get royalites.

Anyway just my 2 cents

I love itunes store. Easy to use, good programme, music is excellent sound quality.

It's not free but same as jano1, I don't feel good about *stealing* music.

itunes store would be my recommendation for cheap but not free music as well, but i guess that depends on what kind of MP3 player he got you since itunes format won't go onto some other brands of players.

Yeah, use iTunes here, simply because I hate getting viruses from bad downloads using a windows, never had that problem with my mac though!

My dp is 'bad' for downloading music from sites, so if you really want, PM me and I can share the sites he uses.
