Anyone else followed the steps to redeem these but found when going to the check out the cards are still coming up as $23.90??

Yep. I rang them and they put the credit on my account, then i finished the order and only paid the postage.

But, just a warning, they are not actually cards. The "card" is printed on photo paper, which is very annoying, cause I ended up buying card to stick behind them (just the thing I was trying to avoid this year )

yip I had the same problem...there are a couple of threads here about them....

I decided not to do them as they are not cards & you will need to mount them on card if you wanted cards..so a bit misleading I thought & it would be cheaper to print photos & make them yourself.

Second to what Ella said - I spoke to someone half way around the globe and he added the credit to my account in a matter of minutes.

I think they are cool - they may not be actual cards, but they are lovely and I think for only $3.99 postage they are well worth it

I had the same prob and ended up paying for them but got refunded..
I was under the impression they'd be cards too but I still think they're pretty cool
