I will stick to eating healthy nourishing foods. I will buy everything I need for lunches and take it into work so I dont need to buy my lunch all week. I will increase my fruit and vege intake.
lol Kicker - my plan is to eat more fruit and vege so I will increase the vege portions at night and for snacks and will add fruit to my brekkie and snacks. I only want to go for 2 serves fruit a day and 3+ vegetables. Unlimited on the vege's actually. I'm doing the shopping list today so will be sure to have everything I need in the fridge.
2x bottles of water a day (2x 750ml)
1x piece of fruit a day
3x 20 min Zumba sessions a week. (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
2x 50 squats a week (Tuesday, Thursday)
Saturday and Sunday are family days. (Also work around the house, painting, renovating etc)
ohhh can i join in too!
My goal will be less coke!!! 2lt a day is not helping my jelly stomach!
And trying to do some excersice atleast 3 times this week.
