hey. i did these and found them fantastic. i went to two or three terms as great company especially that you know you are not alone. Cathy has great speakers that come and talk to you about there expertise. I still catch up with the girls as a coffee group which is nice especially if you dont have a coffee group already. (im just greedy as i have two)
highly recommend them and GREAT morning tea!!!

Did you go to the Titirangi one or the St Lukes?

I'm going to Cathy's AN classes.

I went to Cathy's Titirangi class for a term and a half from when DD was about 3 months. I wish I had known about it sooner! It was a lifesaver at a time I was struggling with PND and leaving the house was difficult. A very relaxed and supportive environment, Cathy is lovely and has alot of useful knowledge to share about babies and natural alternatives. I also enjoyed the guest speakers. A great place to meet friendly like minded mums, I would highly recommend this group

We did Cathy's AN classes and loved it, got a great coffee group from it and some of us still meet weekly and we are 3.5yrs on!
I did her Titirangi group clases for maybe 3 terms and found them great. It was great to get out and socialise. They were a life saver as I realise now I had PND at the time. It was great to be able to get advice from her after I had been discharged from my mw
