What foods do you eat that causes wind in your kids? Has anyone had bread as the main culprit? Thanks

For both DD and DS I've had to avoid any caffeine, too much citrus, anything with yellow colouring in it.

I've heard of quite a few people whose bubs have a wheat/gluten allergy which can cause nasty wind pains . Maybe try eliminating wheat and see if it helps.

Sorry not much help

Chocolate. Gutted!!

I've even tried white chocolate, and it still seems to upset him. Such a bugger, I'm a total chocoholic!!

I found chili was an issue for the first 3 or 4 months, but anything goes now (oh except too much citrus), I have heard of others having issues with chocolate too - how much does that suck. White chocolate shouldn't have the same effect - it isn't actually chocolate? Maybe its the sugar overload. Sucky anyway though!!!

I tested the sugar theory - but lollies are fine! Maybe I'll try white chocolate again, just for scientific purposes!
