hi
I am due in late Mar/early April and am having trouble finding a midwife in Wellington. I live in Newtown. Any suggestions?? Dominos and J Petrovich are already fully booked. I am looking for someone with a holistic approach that will help me have my baby in hospital.Thanks

My midwife is Noreen Jewell, and she is fabulous, really down to earth and nothing seems to phase her.
She is in Karori though finding a midwife in Wellington is a bit scary if you don't get in early.

Ive got a friend who is with the newtown midwifes ( sorry, not sure of their exact name) and shes finding them really great. She wants a natural birth at the hospital and they seem to be good with that.

I agree with Noreen, she is really great and sensible.
Kiara is 3 and Teagan is 2, now we're expecting our long awaited 3rd!

Domino midwives are brilliant. I had Fiona Malthus for my 1st child and she was wonderful.
