At the moment I am only doing the 20 minute work out as its all I can fit in when both boys are asleep. I like it though. I also do a class a week at the local highschool so am actually no help to you all.

Classes can be really expensive, I've seen some for $90, some for $80...

My grandfather told me not to as its a 'crock of sh!t' and if I want to dance to lose weight then to whip out some 50's music and go nuts lol

Sorry no help!

But my MIL went for one class (was going to be $35 each week so she just went the once) and said it was a great work out! But a bit hard to follow at times.

I did a spin class at City fitness which is just an hour on the bikes and the instructor tells you to up it etc. I found that awesome!

ETA: Sorry completely unrelated! I read the latter half of your post wrong!

I have th Zumba dvd (though it is now lent out to someone) and I found it really hard once you get past the instruction part. The actual dancing is damn hard but I guess the more you do it the better you get. Stick with the 20 min one first

Love them. But found it really hard at the beginning. Now that I know the moves I think they are great. And love all of them.
