hi, i have a 7 and a half old daughter that used to eat vegies very well , well the basic ones any way (doesn't like broccoli or cauliflower much) then i introduced meat and she didnt like that much but still ate at least half of what i gave her, but now she wont eat any meat or vegies Ive tried giving her 3 or 4 choices and tried giving it to her for lunch i just don't no what to do now she eats all different textures and lots of other foods and is a reasonably big eater can anybody help?

Ok, this is a long shot cause my kid is only 5 months old. But from what I know, isn't 7 about the age they really start to test things?
I'm a bit of a harda$$ so this might not be your thing but for me I would just sit her at the table with her food, she can't leave until she's made a good attempt at finishing it (I've never been one for making them FINISH a meal...they might be full afterall). If she refuses then bed after that.
She won't starve herself. She will eat at some point. She has to.
Like I said, long shot since I don't have any personal experience in this.

Presuming months since meat has just been introduced. Jody was the same. It was probably different for us because she was quite big and happy so I wasn't scared if she refused to eat any dinner. I didn't pressure her at all. She was still BFing and I was happy that she was getting enough from breast milk to make up for what she didn't eat at meal times.
I can't remember how old she was when we started giving her rice cakes (those big crackers), since she loved them so much I would mash up any uneaten food and spread it on one of them. But yeah, I can't remember if she was 7 months or 1 year...... Sorry, I hope something from my ramble helps!

we did the same thing. gave him a big variety of stuff and he could just eat what he wanted. he was still getting bottles so he wouldnt go hungry. we still do it now and we dont intentionally give him stuff he doesnt like but after a few days he would go back to eating what was there because we also didnt have the money to be choosey and now he is older he eats what we eat. if there is something he still doesnt like thats ok cos he just eats around it but it still goes on his plate in cast he one day changes his mind about it (not to mention i cant be bothered. lol)

so is she not eating much of anything at all? If so, it could be teething or something like that, as I have read that there are a few different things that can be going on that can put a baby off eating food for a few days

Bethany went and still goes through phases like that. I've learned not to stress about it. With veges we have to disguise them to even get a slim chance of her eating them - so maybe put some in with her fave fruits or something? I remember at about 7/8mths having to give her spoonfuls of mostly fruit and some veg hidden underneath, until eventually she'd take spoonfuls that had more veg and less fruit etc...
The bottom line is, if she's a reasonably big eater then she'll be getting plenty of what she needs. Keep doing what you're doing, that's all you can do! And maybe try giving her some veges as finger foods if you haven't already? Like steamed carrot sticks or peas or something? (Never worked for Bethany but might be worth a shot lol  )
Oh, the other thing that we found worked a treat was mixing creamed corn in with the veges cuz she liked the taste of that.

I didn't eat many veges until my mid-20's (shocking I know) but the ones I did eat were raw carrots, frozen peas, corn and raw beans. That's it. Have you tried the raw variety of stuff?
I was a small eater and probably would have happily waited till breakfast to eat if the only option was yucky veges or nothing.
Or what about if you make it look fun? Like different shapes. Or dipping stuff like carrot or celery sticks with hummus or something similar?
Or, what about if you started a little vege garden together, maybe trying stuff fresh from the garden would be more appealing? Not sure what you can grow in the winter but worth a go?
