I thought we have a vent thread-where we can go complain about the sh!t things in life.. We need somewhere that we can skite about the good things in life!
Simple things that make you happy- or not so simple!!

Right now, I'm stoked that DH put some shelves in the linen cupboard for me. My vacum cleaner can now fit in the cupboard (cos stuff isn't piled up on the floor) and STUFF is all finding a home in our house (only a few months after we move in-but good things take time right?!)

So what are you stoked or happy about?!

Good for you Kandice
I've decided this is the end of the road for me and study, I'm not focused on concentrating and the time and expense is getting more than I can manage. I'm finding being pregnant really tiring and I'm lacking in motivation.

I've already done a Diploma in Massage Therapy I haven't used and my Real Estate Sales Person's Cert which never got registered either. I don't want any more student debt and am deciding to stick with what I've got and make the most of it.

I may yet put the Qualifications I've already got to use when we move to Akl, ATM another 5 years of study is something I simply can't commit too. As I'll be a mum and don't want my children to grow up wishing mum had spend more time with them and less studying.

I'm stoked that FIL has agreed to sell the family house (we live with FIL in the house DP and his brothers grew up in since MIL passed away last year) to us at govt valuation which is app $90K less than market value! and even better, hes giving us a few years so I can go back to work and we'll have enough income for the bank to approve the mortgage! (we already pay it anyways, so we know we can afford it!)

I saw your post in another thread BK...but I just want to say, make sure the paperwork is all done correctly by a lawyer, otherwise your FIL will have to pay gift duty on the difference between the market value of the house and the price you have paid. So using the $90k figure you have just said (difference between GV and MV), he would have to pay IRD just over $10k in gift duty.

I'm stoked that Cooper has been asleep since 7.50am this morning when usually he wakes after 30min and I cannot for the life of me get him back to sleep.

And . . . . DH has agreed that we can have a second baby later down the track

Awwww...! Happy birthday to you, and Daizy.

I've just got back to work after a weeks holiday, and I have so much to do here... and I'm over people who take DH for granted and are rude to him... and I'm stressing about our bathroom that's getting re-done (hopefully, if I get myself together and buy the gear and the builder turns up and everything)... so this thread was well-timed. Because I'm stoked I have a wee little squiggle that I get to snuggle in August, and everything else is pretty much irrelevant

I have lots hehe.

I'm stoked we are finally committing to TTC #3!!!!!

I'm stoked we have paid off every single piece of debt we had!!! I can't believe we are finally saving money! I'm also stoked that this means DH is a whole lot less stressed which makes for a mellow hubby and a happy wife :)

I'm stoked that after a long haul of stress and sleepless nights things are finally so good in all areas of life that we have had a return of our old sex life only with a new and improved side to it Not just because we are trying for a baby either this has been going on for the last 6 months and its fantastic!

I'm stoked that my toddlers are 2 in two weeks and are finally starting to talk!

I'm stoked that I'm going to Brisbane for a 5 day holiday in August!

I'm stoked that my parents have booked a massive 2 story suite at the Heritage hotel for my birthday in July and are taking the kids over night so that DH and I can have an awesome night out! :)

Yay life is seriously ridiculous right now! I'm so freakin' happy!
