Hi ladies,

Think i might be going through a slight nesting stage, and need to clean bathroom and shower NOW, have tried with spray and wipe but it doesnt seem to be the sparkly clean i want it to be!

I know during preg that you cant use certain cleaners (right now im determine not to look at the oven for this matter!!) but i wondering what other products are safe for me to use and will get the job done!

Cheers,

Baking soda is a really natural way to clean things - just mix it with a bit of water to make a natural alternative to jif or other abrasive cleaners. And lemon or white vinegar are good for smelly areas like kitchen bench or chopping blocks.

That cleaning program they have on Wednesday's on Channel 1 use all natural ingredients...you should watch it to get some tips

Stay away from the oven cleaner - thats the most toxic and corrosive of all the cleaners. I always get DH to do the oven now hehe!!

If you really feel the need to clean the oven mix baking Soda, white vinegar and a few drops of dish washing liquid together into a thick paste. Put on the inside of the oven leave for 30 minutes and scrub. We used this and it worked a treat. Plus no smell!!
