First IVF cycle

HI, desperately looking for some advice. I had my 1st cycle of IVF. Had 13 eyes retrieved, 7 fertilised naturally and 4 frozen for later and fresh embryo transferred. I have my blood test today.
I have had severe cramps since the transfer with spots and bleeding. It seems like it's my period. I know in my gut this cycle hasn't worked for me. I do have 4 frozen ones to look forward too. But I'm gutted and feel depressed. Anyone here have had a similar situation and got pregnant with frozen embryo's. What did they do different the next time.

I understand that every failure takes us away from the thought of continuing our battle. But never give in to it, find the strength to continue.
