I was wondering is menevit improves the sperm quality and if yes what are the alternative for it. This one is kind of expensive around $90 fo 90 tab. My husband is taking multivitamin and mineral boost from Clinician. But I was thinking do I need to change it to menevit or something else before starting IVF treatment.
Hi June, zinc and selenium are the main important vitamins in menevit and vitamenz. We switched to organic selenium and zinc to cut on cost. It's best to do research on getting the right kind with good absorbency :)
I got vitamenz on a really good special 20 something I think it was. Anyway we have been trying 18 months + and got pregnant 1 month after he started taking them, unfortunately I miscarried but at least it was a good indicator that it improved things....he's only just under average but will be doing another test soon to see how much of a difference if any the tablets are making.
