Hi Ladies, I am now looking for a midwife in the East Auckland Area who can deliver at Auckland City Hospital. I would like to find someone who will support me what ever my decisions are i.e. a natural birth or epidural, c-section etc. I would love to hear some recommendations :)

Hi Gemma, I am in the same boat as you! I will officially start the hunt for a midwife on Friday.

Have you had any luck?

Which part of East Auckland? If you are referring to Howick and Pakuranga, the only Midwife that I know of out here who delivers at Auckland Hospital is Penelope Harrison. She is very good, but books up VERY quickly. Hope that helps :-)
