Hi guys
Just a question is anyone trying Fertility tea? I've been trying Artemis Fertility tea for a couple of weeks now, yet to no if it's going to do me any good but I actually feel quite positive about it. I have a cup first thing in the morning in the hopes that I've a clean/ empty palate lol
Has anyone else tried this or have any others or tips?

I drink it Moneydee :) I have it at night with my supplements, which are: Folic acid, Fish oil, Vit D and Healthzones Fertility Zone supplement. And I have my iodine every 2nd day since the Fertility Zone already contains iodine.
If you were to look at my charts you would see I usually ov at day 19 or 20. But this month (after drinking the tea and taking my Fertility Zone supplement) I ov'd on day 18 :)
I also like to think it helped regulate my hormones during and after my m/c in December :) my m/c was over and zone with super fast! I started taking these things a few days after starting to m/c

Yes, the Artemis one :) I love it! I find it a really nice taste (for a herbal tea) and I have no issue drinking it at all :)

I know what you mean, I feel like I take ALOT of pills each day... But what makes me ok with it is that they are all just nutrients that I could get from food (potentially though that would mean eating like a weirdo and like a robot) so its not like I'm taking 3 panadol, 3 nurofen and 3 codiene every day or anything dangerous like that!
I do sometimes feel like my tummy is just full of tea and pills before I go to bed though...

I wish I could drop at least some of the tablets - And if I was going to drop one, it'd probably be the Fish Oil too, but I really have noticed some positive benefits from it! Including (TMI) going to the toilet more regularly (in terms of #2's) because I actually had big issues with this last year and have cut alot of gluten from my diet to try and help things along, but even that hadn't made as big of an impact as the fish oil has!

Folic Acid, Iodine and the Fertility Zone Supplement are obvious ones I wouldn't drop.

And I wouldn't drop the Vit D because I take the Vit D tablet to minimise the risk of M/C from a deficiency in Vit D. May seem far fetched but there's been studies that have shown that a deficiency can contribute to M/C, and I'm just wanting to minimise any risks of M/C really after experiencing how traumatic they are - Plus getting enough Vit D from food is not easy, most people get their Vit D from sunlight, but unfortunately for people like myself who work in an office Mon-Fri, I don't get as much sunlight as I would like! So Vit-D supplements it is!! Plus, they are yummy and sweet chewable ones ;) So its kind of like having lollies before bed! (I have 2 of them)

The tea I enjoy, and its a good alternative to other hot drinks... Its just healthier in general. So I'll keep the tea up too :)

I'll just have to remain an extreme pill popper for now :)

Nice to hear someone else enjoys the Artemis tea!

Thanks Charly wow I didn't know that about vitamin D but I'm thinking I should be ok with my levels but maybe when I go to doc for a checkup and to see what's happening I might get her to check that for me.
I've just been to the supermarket and got us back on the healthy food track after us both having a bout of gastro last week it seems to have kicked us into gear and just the thought of crappy food makes our Timmy's turn so I actually think it's a blessing!
But crikey eating healthy is expensive isn't it!
Got some Figs for DF apparently they are good for swimmers, lots of nuts and avocados are good for us girls and olives too so not all bad lol

Eating healthy makes you feel good doesn't it :) I don't know about you, but I feel so bloated and unsexy after eating bad food that I am just so not in the mood to BD!
Speaking of healthy food, I just had a junk food craving earlier, argh, so I made some Kale chips by toasting Kale leaves in the oven til they were chrisp (like potato chips)... Delish, and it always cures my craving! Plus Kale being a leafy green - Green source if Folic Acid and high in antioxidants. I add a sprinkling of salt - Go the iodine! It's an ideal TTC snack really! :)

I have no idea what vits and minerals I am deficient in or not... I am just guessing :) more Vit D can't hurt I figure haha
