gestational diabetes test

This morning I had my gestational diabetes test and since getting home after running a few other errands I have been feeling shaky, exhausted and sort of out of it?! I don't remember feeling like this with my first? Is this normal, I've had a lie down and only feel mildly better.

I've been tired alot this whole pregnancy but not this much. :/
