I knew jackcrap about charting and TBH I still know little lol but I found fertilityfriend awesome. Jump on TradeMe, buy a BBT (basal body temp) thermometer if you want to be super-accurate (I didn't work out you needed a special thermometer so I just used a normal one and its worked just fine

), take your temp at the same time everyday, in the morning, before you get up to pee, before you grumble at DH/DP to get his butt out of bed and get the baby so you can have an extra 5 minutes sleep (not that I do that of course

), basically before you're even properly awake - take temp. Write it on a pad next to the bed. When somewhat coherent jump on fertilityfriend, enter temp along with any other relevant data i.e irritable/sleep deprived/nauseous/etc, what your cervix is doing if you decide to check it annnd what your CM looks like (fertilityfriend explains what to look for just have a look through their free charting course) then BD every second day right through your cycle and you should be good to go

It worked first cycle for me so FX it helps hun x
ETA coz I'm a crap speller!
