What is the best method of cleaning the outside of a painted weatherboard house. DH suggested waterblaster but i'm a bit wary.

We water blast ours every year but it has taken some paint off in places. That doesn't bother us though as we are going to replace the whole house eventually anyway.

You could just soft wash it with a house broom and hose and that wouldn't peel any paint off. This option gives a perfectly good clean too.

we use a soft broom on the end of the hose...I hate doing it as my arms tire really quickly...but thats what husbands are for right???
