Hi there i am new to this site so i would first of all like to introduce myself,

I am a mum to 4 kids with one on the way, and for all my other babies i have had minimal sickness, this pregnancy is just the pits. I have been vomiting very badly 2-6 times a day and i am not talking little bits either, my stomach is in so much pain when i am nauseated and i am at my wits end, is this normal or should i see a doctor thanks

Ah you poor thing, I can sympathize - my first pregnancy I had no issues with nausea or vomitting whatsoever.

Second pregnancy was very different- I was constantly vomitting and nauseated, couldn't keep anything down at all! I ended up being rushed to the drs a couple times from dehydration. I was prescribed Maxalon for the nausea/vomitting but depite taking it religiously I didn't find it made much of a difference, just made me extremely drowsy and I was falling asleep all the time (which isn't ideal when you have a toddler to look after). It wouldn't hurt to go see your Dr though, see if theres anything else he can give to help? And to double check that it's nothing else thats more serious. I've heard that sometimes the morning sickness eases after first trimester, can't vouch for that personally as I only reached 3 months (and those were quite possibly the worst 3 months of my life ugh!)

Big hugs though, I feel your pain.

Thats what I get. I'm trying accupuncture this time around and its brilliant. I had never tried it before and I'm a convert now. Ocassionally I'll throw up but its nothing at all on what it was.
