What are your tips

Oxy have you had a referral to a specialist yet? I know it's been over 12 months for you, so there may well be something that they can do to help. We had no trouble conceiving, just keeping them, and without a specialist we still wouldn't have our girls.

I would still try and get a referral - there is quite often a waiting list for specialists which can be 6 months or more, so you will still have that time to try Vitex - if it works, then wicked! You won't need to use your appointment, but it means you do have the back-up if it doesn't work.   Sometimes we just need that extra little bit of help with things - it doesn't mean you've failed by getting that help
