Hi ladies,
Has anyone been to the MAMA maternity antenatal classes? I have just booked in with them but there is no info about the classes on their website. Was told they have quite a focus on natural birth which is what I'm after. Anyone had any experience with them?

I did a mama maternity antenatal class in Titirangi and it was a 2 day class. They are more focussed on natural births however do go through the complications or aids that you can assist with. i also did a parents centre 7 week antenatal class (as wasnt sure when my baby was going to come so did the 2 day one just in case) and i found the mama classes just as good and informative!

I don't know anything about the Mama class, but Birthcare also do a free 6 week natural ante natal class which I've booked on, start next week and can't wait! There's info on their website.
