The thread on homemade choc got me thinking about the yummo rocky road I love to make at christmas time and take to christmas partys and ive to people as gifts.

Please share you fav recipes for yummy/naughty christmasy treats!

                         Rocky road

Chop- 1 bag marshmellows in half
          - 1 bag of fruit jubes-chop each lollie into 2 or 3      pieces

Melt 1 1/2 bags of cooking choc buttons.
Mix in the chopped jubes and marshmellows. You can also add chopped walnuts or peanuts if u like.

Line a tin with baking paper, and spread out th mixture as evenly as possible.

Leave to set- I do it in the fridge cos its quicker!
When set, tip onto a chopping board and cut into pieces.

YUMMO!

Yum i love rocky road!
i have 3 staple christmas gifts that always go out..
1- chocs made with moulds sometimes with fillings that you can get from spotlight.
2 - Spotlight also sell a really cool mould that you make up into a little cottage that i fill with lollies and trufflels and candy canes- mostly do this for families as it makes for a good size gift
3 - the truffles 2pkts of mint slice biscuits 1 pottle of cream cheese blend these together then refridgerate till hard. Melt choc and dip balls in and chill to set.
