I would like to try make the baileys fudge for a party we are going to but we only have 1 supermarket here and they dont have glucose syrup is it an every day item? Or can i use something else??

sorry dont know what else you can use but I did see it when I was walking thru countdown last night.  I don't think it is what you would cal an everyday item tho

There is a recipe to make glucose syrup on this site or I think you can buy it at the chemist.
