Anyone else get this, and how do you make them feel better?

Bananas work well and a glass of milk.

I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!

Ugh! This drove me nuts with both pregnancies. Magnesium supplements worked for me, they help for legs cramps too!

Im on iron pills so they arnt helping the legs lol, think I'll try a banana and a yoghurt(dont like milk on its own lol) when they start hurting,
Its such a annoying feeling, when I get the restless legs I try to stretch them but them Im scared I'll get cramp cos Ive had that a few times and OMG the pain **cringe**
A bath would probbaly help aswell I guess...

My mum recommended magnesium tablets and once I started taking elevit tabs daily, they stopped. I have too heard that eating a banana will help.

Like....when your legs ache like crazy and they feel itchy and weird! Its horrible
I was reading about it in a pregnancy magazine in the boom shop yesterday.
My mum said she had "Silly Legs" when she was pregnant, she would be walking through the supermarket and her legs would just ive way on her

I have always had restless legs, especially in the evenings (my Mum also had them!), but it doesn't seem to have gotten worse during pregnancy for me. Unfortunately, I have nothing useful to add! Someone once suggested panadol, and I'm thinking maybe antacid tablets might help too (seeing as they have calcium in them)? I'm taking iron pills as well as elevit, but neither seems to have made a difference...
(I call it jumpy legs, as they just feel like you have to continuously move/jiggle them around.)
At least you don't have long to go Sheena!
