Anyone know how to contact these guys/if they have an office or 0800 number in NZ? The website email thingy keeps returning my email saying failed.

Try going to or calling your local pharmacy and getting their supplier's contact number (if you explain why they should have no objection to giving the number to you). That's what I had to do when a part of my breastpump broke.
They were great once I got hold of them and couriered the replacement piece to me overnight, free of charge.
