Alex seems to wake up from.... well, nightmares really. As in, most day sleeps he will suddenly wake up screaming his head off. He's been doing it for a fortnight now. He'll also do it about once or twice a night, so it's getting pretty wearing. I've had him to the doctor and he's not sick, ears are fine, appetite is good and so on.

I'm a bit stuck for ideas on this one. How do I fix nightmares and get him to sleep for longer?

The other thing is that getting him to go to sleep is really hard these days as well. He'll cry and cry for a good half hour before going to sleep, and then once he is asleep it's only for about 20-30 mins (day).

GAH!!
