I am presuming the 'h' is slilent so its like
'Ki-ra 'someone correct me if I am wrong as this is totally posible not my strongest point in pronounciation (nor is spelling lol)

No, Emma was induced. The specialists took pity on her after 9 months of dealing with the hyperemisis (vomiting and spitting), poor love

Funny thing was that as soon as Chiara arrived there was no more spitting and no more nausea, just like magic!
