Hi ladies

I use to take fish oil tablets every day before falling pregnant, are these safe to continue though pregnancy? and how many'? I was taking 6 a day

Hi Kye - I am taking fish oil tablets but only one a day (chemist said I should take 3 but I figure one is better than none and can save some $$) maybe check with the Chemist or LMC

They're safe. My specialist has suggested I take them. Can't stand them, lol!

yip, safe just be 100 % sure it's NOT codliver fish oil as this is NOT safe.
I took salmon oil throughout both.
