so i was going to window to see if hubby was home and went over on my ankle..........landed on hands and knees so windied myself badly and there is a sharp pain whenever i move now.......thinking nothing of it...........i am going to specialist tomorrow so was hoping that the pain wouldnt get worse so i can tell them about it tomorrow............any one else done this? or should i actually do something tonight?

I wouldn't hesitate, call your mw, better safe then the other option

If it was me I'd be calling my MW or the AE or Hospital - just to be on the safe side.
