Unfortunately having the best timed BD doesn't guarantee that we will conceive - under 30 you have approx a 25% chance of conceiving when you bd at the right time. Annoying eh

Yeah stink aye, even if you do it all perfectly timed it doesn't mean you'll get pregnant BUT by knowing stuff like EWCM means you're more likely to be fertile at that time and by charting you've got a better chance of getting pregnant quicker than if you don't.
It's really frustrating waiting isn't it?

I have a question. Is the eggwhite supposed to look like raw eggwhite or cooked egg white?
Sorry if thats a dumb question, I'm assuming it's raw eggwhite but I sometimes get some quite white thick stuff (sorry, TMI). Or is that the "creamy" stuff?

I found the best way to identify it (and differentiate it from semen leftovers) is that you can stretch it between your fingers quite far and it doesn't break.

Ok quick question to add to all of this. Does CM come in any specific order?
Should it be Dry, watery, EW, Creamy? Or dos it just come along however?

I think after AF it goes dry, sticky, creamy, watery, eggwhite, then dry again after Ov and can also be creamy etc. again.
Everyone is different though but I think that's the "textbook" CM order.

Ok, think I have mistaken watery for eggwhite. Had what I thought was eggwhite and declared I had OV'd but today i went to the loo and WOW, definate eggwhite (sorry TMI) so Best be BDing our little hearts out all weekend. Lucky we BD'd last night.
My temp went up slightly today as well, not a huge jump but over the last week its plummeted and then this morning was up a bit.

LOL, but you don't know whether to be excited or kind of grossed out. LOL
No BD last night, went to visit friends with baby and didn't get home til after midnight, both knackered and crashed out. Will have to abduct DP today some time. LOL
